Peregrine House is a comfortably sized care home, offering 35 single rooms, each with private en-suite facilities and central heating.
Ground Floor: 16 Rooms, First Floor: 11 Rooms, Second Floor: 8 Rooms
Upper storeys are accessed by a modern passenger lift.
Privacy and personality
Each room is spacious enough to allow room for residents to bring their own favourite pieces of furniture, including their bed if they wish, otherwise we provide modern quality pieces including a single bed, two chairs and a desk/table/dressing table. Residents are encouraged to put their own stamp of personality on their room, bringing their own pictures, ornaments and treasured possessions. Our soft furnishings are all of good quality and are kept fresh and clean. The rooms are regularly redecorated.
A relaxing retreat
Warm and comfortable, these rooms provide a peaceful haven or a place for residents to entertain their friends and relatives in private.
All rooms are equipped with their own sparkling shower/wet-room including a WC and hand-basin. A specially equipped assisted bathroom is available for residents with impaired mobility to use whenever they wish. An alternative bathroom and shower-room is also available.
Bed linen is changed regularly as required.

Joining in
Shared living space where residents are encouraged to enjoy the company of others includes a main lounge, which is the focal point for organised activities, a quiet lounge for reading or resting, and a relaxing “sensory room”.
Dining Space
Meals are served in a separate dining area or residents can dine in their private rooms if they prefer.
