The directors and managers take great pride and pleasure in watching the confidence and capabilities of the staff grow as they go through the very significant training processes that we have established for the benefit of residents and staff.

A wide variety of training methods are employed, including everything from traditional classroom teaching, on-line training and on-the-job mentoring.

The directors and managers enjoy feedback from staff returning from external recurrent training and hearing that they were able to confidently tell the tutors the answers to their questions.

Peregrine House invests considerable time, effort and money into training as it is seen as one of the best ways of ensuring that the residents experience a dignified and enjoyable lifestyle whilst residing with us.
